1. Concessione della licenza

Con l’acquisto di un abbonamento, l’utente ottiene una licenza limitata, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per installare e utilizzare PK InExPress Pro esclusivamente sul numero di siti/domìni previsto dal piano sottoscritto.Il software è concesso in licenza, non venduto.

2. Proprietà

Tutti i diritti, titoli e interessi relativi a PK InExPress Pro restano di proprietà esclusiva di Punkode.L’utente non acquisisce alcun diritto di proprietà sul codice o sul marchio.

3. Restrizioni

L’utente non può:

  • ridistribuire, rivendere, concedere in sublicenza o condividere il software con terzi;
  • modificare, decompilare, effettuare reverse engineering o creare opere derivate, salvo autorizzazione scritta da Punkode;
  • utilizzare la licenza oltre i limiti previsti dal piano acquistato.

4. Aggiornamenti e supporto

L’accesso ad aggiornamenti, correzioni di bug e supporto tecnico è garantito solo finché l’abbonamento è attivo.Punkode si riserva il diritto di interrompere il supporto per versioni obsolete del software.

5. Durata e cessazione

La licenza resta valida per tutta la durata dell’abbonamento.Alla scadenza o cessazione, l’utente deve interrompere l’utilizzo del software.Qualsiasi uso non autorizzato dopo la scadenza costituisce violazione del presente accordo.

6. Limitazione di responsabilità

Il software è fornito “così com’è” (as is), senza alcuna garanzia, espressa o implicita.Punkode non è responsabile di danni diretti, indiretti, incidentali, consequenziali o di perdita di dati derivanti dall’uso o dall’impossibilità d’uso del software.

7. Legge applicabile

Il presente accordo è regolato dalla legge italiana e dalle normative dell’Unione Europea applicabili. Per eventuali controversie è competente il foro di Roma.

By purchasing a subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use PK InExPress Pro only on the number of sites/domains defined by your chosen plan.The software is licensed, not sold.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in PK InExPress Pro remain the exclusive property of Punkode.You do not acquire any ownership rights to the code or the brand.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software with third parties;
  • modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works, except if expressly authorized in writing by Punkode;
  • use the license beyond the limits defined by your purchased plan.

4. Updates and Support

Access to updates, bug fixes, and technical support is provided only while your subscription is active.Punkode reserves the right to discontinue support for outdated versions of the software.

5. Termination

The license remains valid for the duration of the subscription.Upon expiration or termination, you must stop using PK InExPress Pro.Any unauthorized use after expiration constitutes a violation of this agreement.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is,” without any warranty, express or implied.Punkode shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU regulations.For any dispute, the competent court is that of [insert city/legal seat].
